Return to Essence - Bali Sacred Retreat

By registering for and/or participating in this retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.

1. Nature of the Retreat

This retreat is a holistic and experiential program designed to support meditation, self-inquiry, emotional release, energy healing, and spiritual reconnection. It is intended for personal growth and wellbeing purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or care.

2. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility

Participation in this retreat is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing at all times; you participate of your own free will and at your own risk; you will listen to your body and may choose to rest or withdraw from any activity at any time; and you will disclose any relevant medical, psychological, or physical conditions that may affect your participation.

3. Assumption of Risk

You understand that the retreat may include meditation, breathwork, energy healing including Reiki, emotional release and introspective practices, water-based rituals and Balinese ceremonies, group sharing, silence practices, guided inner work, and light physical or somatic movement. You acknowledge that such practices may evoke strong emotional, physical, or energetic responses, and you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

4. Health Disclaimer

You confirm that you are fit to participate in retreat activities. The retreat facilitator(s) are not medical doctors, psychologists, or licensed mental health professionals. No part of this retreat is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. You are solely responsible for seeking independent medical advice where necessary prior to participation.

5. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the retreat facilitator(s), assistants, organizers, and affiliated parties from any and all liability; waive any claims related to injury, loss, damage, illness, emotional distress, or unforeseen outcomes arising from participation in the retreat; and accept full responsibility for your participation and personal experience.

6. Travel, Insurance & External Circumstances

You are solely responsible for all travel arrangements, visas, and documentation. Comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, and cancellations is strongly recommended and remains your responsibility. The organizer is not liable for delays, cancellations, force majeure events, or external circumstances beyond their control.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to respect all participants, facilitators, and sacred spaces; maintain confidentiality of personal sharing within the group; honor silence, boundaries, and collective agreements; and refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour. The facilitator reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety, integrity, or harmony of the retreat. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Program Adjustments

The organizer reserves the right to adjust the schedule, location, facilitators, or activities if required due to safety, weather, availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be made with care to preserve the integrity of the retreat experience.

9. Emergency Consent

You confirm that accurate emergency contact details have been provided. In the event of an emergency, you consent to receiving appropriate first aid or emergency assistance if required. Any resulting medical costs remain your responsibility.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

By booking this retreat, you agree that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the retreat; this deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances; if you cancel more than 4 weeks (28 days) before the retreat start date, any additional payments excluding the deposit will be refunded; if you cancel within 4 weeks (28 days) of the retreat start date, the full retreat fee becomes non-refundable and 100% of the total amount remains payable; no-shows or early departures are strictly non-refundable; and places may only be transferred to another participant with prior written approval from the organizer if applicable.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable jurisdictional law.

12. Entire Agreement

By submitting your registration and/or payment, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver; you voluntarily accept all associated risks; you agree to participate with full personal responsibility; and you release the organizer from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
